Loft insulation

Insulation installed between and over joists to a nominal thickness of 270mm. Pipework in the loft also to be individually insulated and the loft hatch to be draught proofed and insulated.

Cavity wall Insulation

All external cavity walls to be filled with blown mineral fibre. All ventilation sleeved and new vents if necessary installed.

Hot water cylinder jackets

Insulated jackets with a minimum thickness of 80mm to be fitted to water tanks that are not pre insulated.

Loft clearing and storage

Loft areas can be cleared and stored, offered as an additional service to make installations hassle free for our customers.

Loft flooring and full conversions

We also offer a range of additional services which include all works, from a simple walkway to a full conversion. We can also provide partitioning and plastering services.
